Overview
Q-80Z cutting machine can cut round work-piece with diameter within 80mm and rectangular sample with height of 80 mm and deep 160mm.The machine is equipped with a self cooking system for the specimen cooling so as to prevent the damage of the specimen due to overheat during cutting. This machine can also set the cutting speed for cutting different samples, thus improving the quality of cutting samples. It can be used to cut samples manually and automatically. Large volume cutting room is more convenient for cutting. It is one of the necessary equipment for metallographic test in colleges, universities and factories.
multifunctional cutting machine is mainly used for cutting cylinder and irregular samples such as multi-angular shape and convex plate etc. It adopts totally-enclosed structure and quick clamp device, which can guarantee the absolute safety of cutting sample. This machine is equipped with front, back, left and right board, the thickness of sample can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the feeding speed is controllable. In order to avoid the sample burning the material texture because of over-heating in cutting, it is equipped with strong cooling system, which can avoid burning the surface of the sample. It can increase the cutting section and improve the availability of the cutting disc. The machine has the advantages of easy to use and maintain, which is the excellent equipment of cutting irregular samples.
