1. Application
The grinding-polishing machine is a double-disc desktop, applicable to rough grinding, accurate grinding and polishing of metallographic sample. The machine has microprocessor control system, with a speed of 50-600rpm, thus widening its application. The machine is an indispensable equipment in making the metallographic sample. The machine has a cooling device to cool the sample during grinding and polishing, thus preventing the damage of the metallographic structure caused by overheat of the sample. The machine, easy to use, safe and reliable, is an ideal preparation equipment for the labs of plants, research institutes and universities and colleges etc..

The 7 -inch touch screen displays the operation interface, which is easy to operate and easy to set.
Both the grinding disc and the grinding head are controlled by a stepless speed change, and the grinding disc can control the direction switching.
The center loading force mode can complete the grinding and polishing samples by fixing the sample at one time, thus ensuring the plane parallelism of the sample.

By on-off solenoid valve to control the water, the water jet grinding disc automatic cleaning device can clean the inner wall of the water tank itself.
