MMP-3000 Single disc automatic metallographic grinding and polishing machine
Overview
It is a single disc desktop machine, suitable for rough grinding, finishing grinding and polishing of metallographic samples. The machine has three constant speed: 200 r/min , 600 r/min, and 1000 r/min. I t can also have variable speed of 50 r/min to 1000r/min. Therefore it has much wider application, and it is a dispensable equipment for metallographic specimen preparation.
This machine is equipped with cooling device to cool the samples during grinding and polishing to prevent them from overheating and destroying the metallographic structure. The machine is easy to use, safe and reliable. It is an ideal sample preparation equipment for factories, scientific research units and laboratories of colleges and universities.
Characteristics
1. Grinding and polishing disk diameter: φ250mm(φ203mm and φ300mm can be customized);
2. Six diameter 30mm samples can be polished at the same time;
3. Single point pneumatic loading no need of clamping specimen;
4. Multi-usage: rough grinding, finishing grinding, rough throwing and finishing throwing of metallographic samples by one machine;
5. Special frequency conversion speed control system with two functions: three-stage constant speed of 200 r/min, 600 r/min, and 1000 r/min and variable speed regulation;
6. Variable speed regulation: The rotating speed of the grinding disc is from 0 r/ min to 1000r / min. Eight speed programming, automatic stop. Convenient for high level users to automatically making metallographic specimens;
7. Steering forward and backward can be switched arbitrarily;
8. A magnetic anti-stick disk can be used to complete all the processes of coarse and fine grinding, coarse and fine polishing of all kinds of samples. One disk is equivalent to n disks.
