Electric Superficial Rockwell Hardness Tester HRD-45
HRD-45 Digital double Rockwell hardness tester is equipped with a newly-designed large displaying screen with good reliability, excellent operation and easy watching, thus it is a high-tech product combining the mechanic and electric features. It can show and set the present scale, test force, test indenter, dwell time and hardness conversion; the main function is as follows: Selection of all the Rockwell and superficial Rockwell scales; Conversion scales of different kinds of hardness; Test results can be saved and printed out, automatic calculation of maximum, minimum and average value; With RS232 interface for connecting to the computer.
Characterisitcs
1. The body part is molded by casting process and has been treated for a long time. Compared with the splicing process, the shape variables of the casting one are extremely small, and it can effectively adapt to all kinds of harsh environment.
2. Car paint, high grade lacquer, strong scratch resistance, still bright as new after years of use.
3. Small test force with small indentation, no affecting the continuous use of the specimen.
4. Dial direct reading,HRN, HRT,and other scales are optional.
5. Friction free spindle, lever loading, high precision of test force.
6. Control the loading, holding, and unloading of the test force by motors, eliminating the artificial operation errors of manual Rockwell hardness tester.
