Description
Testing machine is a high-precision material testing equipment, which adopts hydraulic power source drive, electric-hydraulic servo control technology, computer data acquisition and processing, and can realize closed-loop control and automatic detection. It consists of four parts: test main engine, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control system and test equipment. The maximum test force is 2000 kN, and the accuracy grade of the testing machine is achieved. It is superior to grade 1.
The pressure testing machine sets loading rate according to the corresponding national standards and meets the standard loading rate control index to carry out compressive and flexural tests on cement, concrete and other materials under rated test force. It has the functions of dynamic display of load, time and test curve, timely control and maximum test force maintenance.
The tester is a separate structure of main engine oil source. It is suitable for compressive test of cement and concrete. With appropriate fixtures and measuring devices, it can meet the splitting tension test, flexural test and static pressure elastic modulus test of concrete.
The test machine and its accessories meet the requirements of GB/T 2611, GB/T 17671, GB/T 16826 and GB/T 50081 standards.
