Insulator thermal-mechanical testing machine is designed to test Thermal-mechanical performance of string insulator. Insulators are loaded into cabinet under room temperature. During the test, insulator units shall be subjected to four 24-hour cycles of cooling and heating, and to a tensile load equal to 60% of the specified electromechanical or mechanical failing load(as per IEC 383).

Application:
This machine adopts computer control and widely used in rubber, plastics, wires and cables, textiles, waterproof materials, non-woven fabrics and other non-metallic materials, as well as mechanical properties testing of metal wires, metal foils, metal plates, and metal bars. Applicable to a variety of finished product stretching, compression, peeling, shearing, tearing, bending (folding) test together with various fixtures. It could print many data, according to different data to make a graphical output comparison, high control accuracy, and easy operation; it’s designed by modular, all kinds of accessories are complete and flexible.
This machine is mainly used for testing mechanical properties of metal such as tensile, compression, bending, etc. It can also achieve constant stress, constant strain, creep, relaxation, axial, radial and other kinds of dead-end cycle tests. According to GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other standards automatically determine the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, constant elongation stress, constant stress elongation, elastic modulus and other parameters.
