Overview

KE5000 trinocular inverted metallographic microscope adopts excellent infinity optical system and modular function design idea, which can easily upgrade the system and realize the function of polarizing observation and so on. The compact and stable high rigid body fully reflects the anti-vibration requirements of microscope operation. The ideal design meets the requirements of ergonomics, making the operation more convenient and comfortable, and making the space wider. It is an ideal instrument for metallography, mineralogy and precision engineering study.

Technical characteristics

1. Total magnification: 100-1000 times, 5x objective lens, 50-1000 times can be achieved.

2. Optical system:The infinite color difference correction optical system (CSIS), better image quality, higher resolution, and more comfortable observation.

3. Objective lens:Professional infinite super long working distance metallographic objective lens, 50 and 100 times objective lens,images with sharp increase in clarity.

4. Eyepiece:High eye-point, ultra wide flat field eyepiece,PL10x/22mm. It provides a wider and flatter viewing space, and it can be fitted with various micrometers for measurement.

5. Observing tube:Hinge type trinocular,adjustable visual degree, 45° inclined,Photographic camera can be used to collect and save the observed images, and computer and professional software can be configured to realize image analysis.

6. Focusing mechanism:Coaxial focusing mechanism with coarse and fine adjustment of low hand position,with coarse adjusting device,coarse stroke 38mm per rotation,fine tuning accuracy 0.002mm.

7. Illuminating system:Reflecting Kohler illuminator with iris aperture and center adjustable field view aperture,self-adaption 90V-240V wide voltage,6V 30W halogen lamp,effectively protect and prolong the service life of halogen lamp bubble.

8. Working stage:It can be added the coaxial low hand position adjustment moving ruler and load platform extension board to expand the application space to meet the different needs of customers.
